Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Longhorn warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance (where applicable) for the warranty periods specified below.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

Longhorn will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined in this document.

Warranty Period

• Complete Product: 5 Years Limited Warranty
• Gearbox: 5 Years Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Longhorn and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied.

The following components are covered under this Limited Warranty.

Structural Components

• Main frame
• Plank / Trailing board
• Rotor assembly
• Three-point linkage
• Support pipe

Gearbox Components

• Housing
• Hubs
• Drive shaft
• Pinion shaft
• Transmission shafts
• Gears
• Transmission pipe

Cutting Components

• Discs and blades (only in case of manufacturing defects such as breakage or deformation; normal wear is excluded).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Wear & Tear Parts

• Blades
• Discs
• Tips
• Bar points
• Shoes
• Shovels
• Bearings
• Etc.

Maintenance & Service Items

• Oil seals
• Gaskets
• Lubricants
• Gear oil
• Etc.

Cosmetic Components

• Paint
• Decals
• Reflectors
• Indicators

Hardware

• Nuts
• Bolts
• Pins
• Fasteners

PTO Components

• PTO shaft
• Associated parts

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any product subjected to:

• Accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, or negligence
• Improper assembly, installation, or inadequate maintenance
• Use of oils or lubricants not specified by Longhorn
• Unauthorized modification or alteration
• Use of non-genuine or non-approved replacement parts
• Normal wear and tear or deterioration
• External damage caused by environmental conditions, stones, fire, natural disasters, or acts of God

Repair or replacement of defective parts shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.

Longhorn reserves the right to make design improvements or product modifications at any time without obligation to update previously sold products.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Duties, taxes, or import charges
• Loss of use, downtime, or business interruption
• Fuel, transportation, travel, lodging, or communication expenses
• Damage to personal property
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the terms of this Limited Warranty.

• Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

NO MODIFICATION OR TRANSFER

This Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the terms stated herein.

Longhorn does not authorize any person, dealer, distributor, or entity to modify, extend, or alter this warranty in any manner.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION (BINDING ARBITRATION)

If a warranty claim cannot be resolved within 90 days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Arbitration

• Arbitration shall be conducted under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.
• Proceedings shall follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• The arbitrator shall have authority to decide all aspects of the dispute.

Cost Allocation

Each party shall bear its own legal and related costs. Arbitration fees shall be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Confidentiality

All arbitration proceedings and outcomes shall remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, along with applicable federal laws.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must submit a claim within 10 days of product failure.

Required Documentation

• Proof of purchase (valid invoice)
• Product identification (UPC or serial label)
• Clear photographs of the defective product/part

• Online claim form (recommended)
• Email
• Phone (during business hours)

Process Flow

  1. Claim submission
  2. Technical evaluation
  3. Decision: Repair or replacement (at Longhorn's discretion)
  4. Return of defective part (if required)

Shipping Responsibility

• Customer bears return shipping cost.
• Longhorn covers shipping cost for replacement parts.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
